Balurghat Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Result and Segment Wise Revenue along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading Window will be closed from November 07, 2015 till expiry of 48 hours after the financial results are submitted to the Stock exchange.
