IVRCL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, for consideration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window of the Company for Directors/ officers/Designated Employees covered under "IVRCL code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading" will be closed from November 06, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
