Lycos Internet Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 which is price sensitive in nature, the “Trading window" for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors / officers / Designated Employees/Promoters of the Company from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
