Resonance Specialties Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Second Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2015 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 02, 2015 till November 17, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 02, 2015 to November 17, 2015 (both days inclusive)
