Sportking India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 10, 2015 to November 17, 2015.
