Fenoplast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, that Trading Window would remain closed from November 06, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the following categories (including dependents). - Directors - Designated Employees - Auditors as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
