Swastika Investsmart Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter as well as half year ended on September 30, 2015. Further, in Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial statement for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2015.
