Narendra Properties Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading Window shall be closed from November 04, 2015 till November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) to the Directors, Senior Management and designated employees of the Company in terms of requirements of the Model Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations in connection with the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, for approving the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company.
