Coventry Coil-O-Matic Haryana Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company would meet on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from November 06, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the directors/ designated employees/ Auditor/law firms, etc. of the Company.
