Anik Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015. Therefore, as per Insider Trading Regulation & Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all directors & designated employees of the Company.
