Emmsons International Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition to Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and Others covered under the Code from November 06, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive). This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Un- Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.
