CHD Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on November 13, 2015, to take on record the un-Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Trading Window of the Company for designated employees and directors of the Company shall remain closed during the period starting on November 06, 2015 and ending on November 14, 2015 for the purpose of adoption of unaudited quarterly results of the Company for the quarter ending on September 30, 2015.
