My Money Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the next nneeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following agenda items: - To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window in respect of the Company’s Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on November 06, 2015 till close of the trading hours on November 16, 2015 as per the code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
