With reference to the earlier Announcement dated November 03, 2015, regarding Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015, Punctual Trading Ltd has informed BSE that Company have submitted the unaudited quarterly results alongwith statement of Assets and Liabilities as at 30.09.2015 where comparatively previous year 30th September, 2014 figures were submitted in place of 31st March, 2015 figures. Now the Company has re-submitted the Revised results alongwith statement of Assets and Liabilities.
