Neha International Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Companys securities by the Designated persons shall remain closed from November 05, 2015 to till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results.
