Satia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. The Quarterly results shall be submitted for a "Limited Review" by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 05, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. November 14, 2015.
