Capital Trade Links Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve, take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees from November 06, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
