Gontermann Peipers India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 for all the Designated Persons of the Company from November 06, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
