Parnami Credits Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider following matters: - To consider and approve the Financial Results for the quarter / Half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees from November 05, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
