Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) and the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 after giving effect to the merger of Jaypee Sports International Limited (JPSI) (a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) with the Company. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 4.30 P.M. on November 05, 2015 upto 11.30 A.M. on November 18, 2015. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s share s / securities.
