Centrum Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from November 08, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results for the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive) for all the Designated employees (including Directors) of the Company.
