YKM Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to : - Consider and take on record the Un- audited financial results of the Company for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, and designated personnel of the Company from November 06, 2015 till November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
