Sri Krishna Constructions (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the Half Year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Companys policy for Prohibition of Insider Trading as per SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from November 06, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the specified persons as per the policy.
