Further, In terms of provisions of code of conduct for prevention of insider trading in the shares of the Company, the trading window for transactions in the shares of the company is closed from November 05, 2015 to November 17, 2015 (both days inclusive), inter alia, for the purpose of announcement of the unaudited financial results by the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
