Trident Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Un- audited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015. Further, the trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from November 05, 2015, until 48 hours after the outcome of the Board Meeting is announced.
