Somi Conveyor Beltings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company to be held on November 14, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) as reviewed by the Statutory Auditor. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
