Spintex Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 07, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. All the designated directors, employees and connected persons are advised not to deal in the shares and securities of the Company during this period.
