Atlas Jewellery India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Company’s - Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of November 06, 2015 to closure of business hours of November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
