Hubtown Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six months ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to above the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for Insiders covered under the Company’s “Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders” from November 04, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
