Alfavision Overseas India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results of the Company for the Second quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from November 12, 2015 and will open on November 16, 2015 for insiders accordingly.
