West Coast Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015. Pursuant to this, the Trading Window for insiders covered under the Code of Conduct shall remain closed from November 06, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
