Lokesh Machines Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the follows: - consider the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. And as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from November 11, 2015 to November 17, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Communication has been sent to the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.
