Innoventive Venture Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company has been scheduled on November 14, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and/or SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from the opening of business hours on November 07, 2015 to the closure of business hours of November 15, 2015 and the same has been communicated to the Directors and Management of the Company.
