Standard Capital Markets Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, in terms of the code of conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of Insider trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for transaction in the Equity Shares of the Company by all directors / designated employees / insiders will remain closed for the period November 05, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).
