Further, pursuant to the provisions of code of conduct for prevention of insider trading Regulations, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window would remain closed from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015, both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents & immediate relatives) - Directors - Designated Employees - Auditors.
