Brilliant Portfolios Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 05, 2015 to November 18, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Un-audited financial results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on November 14, 2015. During the aforesaid period all “designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives” are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares. Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Designated employees cannot trade (purchase/sell) in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period.
