Ambica Agarbathies & Aroma Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, for considering the Un-Audited financial results for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Companys Policy & Internal Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2015, and will reopen after 24 hours of the publication of aforesaid financial results.
