Modi Naturals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the period from November 06, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for dealing in shares of the Company by all its Directors / KMPs / Designated persons as defined in Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company.
