Nylofils India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading Window would remain closed from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the following categories (including dependents) - Directors - Designated Employees - Auditors As per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
