Twinstar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, for adopting, approving and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from November 07, 2015 till November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
