Further, in view of the approval of the un audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015, the trading window for Directors / KMPs / Officers / Designated employees covered under Gayatri Tissue and Papers Ltd Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders will be closed from November 11, 2015 to November 16, 2015.
