Bampsl Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, include the following: - To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results, for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. In view of the above, the trading window, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall remain closed from November 06, 2015 and re-open after the completion of forty-eight hours (after the information become generally available]. Hence all Designated / Connected Persons shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
