Sangam Health Care Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2015 and Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading Window "closed period" shall be commenced on November 04, 2015 and ends 48 hours after public announcement of the Un-Audited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2015 and Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at September 30, 2015. The date of announcement of the said unaudited financial results shall be intimated in due course.
