With reference to the earlier Announcement dated November 07, 2015, regarding Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015, Vaarad Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the figures of Shareholding pattern for the period 30.9.2014 in both quarer ended and half year ended, has been wrongly inserted in the Financial results for the period ended September 30, 2015. Now the Company has submitted Revised Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015.
