Manjeera Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Companys Trading Window shall be closed from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. The Trading window will be re-opened from November 17, 2015, onwards.
