with reference to the earlier Announcement dated November 15, 2015, regarding Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015, Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that there is inadvertent clerical mistake in the amount of Paid up Share Capital and Earning per Share. The amount of Paid up Equity Share Capital and Earnings per share is Re. 1/- each. Now the Company submitted Revised Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for Sept 30, 2015.
