BF Utilities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 28, 2015, to consider Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and designated personnel from November 17, 2015 till November 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
