With reference to the earlier Announcement dated November 12, 2015, regarding Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015, Sharda Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that a typographical error under the heading Notes in Point No 1 wherein the date has been erroneously mentioned as November 14, 2014 instead of November 12, 2015. Now the Company has submitted Corrected Copy of Financial Results for the period ended September 30, 2015.
