Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and Financial Year covering a period from April 01, 2015 to December 31, 2015. Further as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in securities, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the first day of the month, following the respective quarter, half-year or financial year, as the case may be, till 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the meeting. Accordingly trading window will be closed for all directors /officers /designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2016 and shall remain closed till February 24, 2016 (both days inclusive).
