B2B Software Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 07, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct, for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed to the specified persons as defined in the Code from December 31, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the December quarter results to the public, in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on January 07, 2016.
